Bad service!

This was used to be my fav spot for Korean food. If you live in coronation, there are not so many choices in the neighborhood so this one is always some place to catch a quick bite. Until one day, I came at 19:00 and rudely arrange to a table beside the cash counter on one side, and the door on the other side. This was used to be my fav spot for Korean food. If you live in coronation, there are not so many choices in the neighborhood so this one is always some place to catch a quick bite. Until one day, I came at 19:00 and rudely arrange to a table beside the cash counter on one side, and the door on the other side. Then the pork stew soup came and occupying the entire table, I request to change to a bigger table and there were still two dishes on the way. They said the empty table is for the guest outside waiting. I was quite annoyed by this arrangement but have to accept. There the pancake came and clearly there was no space to put the fish, they rudely move my place to squeeze a tiny space and then just throw the pancake there which half of the dish is on the outside! I never experience this kind of service even in the busiest restaurant. The whole 1 hour dinner was such a discomfort as we are bothered both from the people passing in front and behind. When we check out, I refused to pay for the 10% service charge because of the bad arrangement, the staff just ignored what I said and saying you have to pay, because it is generated by computer. We paid almost 500 hkd for a unspeakable unpleasant time! I won’t visit it again even I just live next door!
