Bad service and bad food

I ate there on the 1/Apr lunch and it was super bad! Their sea urchin sushi smells like a piece of garbage and I reflected to the manager and he insisted it was fine. I tried it and i spit it out into my own bowl and I asked the manager to change one. What he did was “I will reflect to the chef”. And nothing else was done. No apology, no change of new dish, nothing. No wonder everyone said this shop is the worst japanese among sheung wan despite its convenient location.
