actually i reserved the room FOR 1 MONTH AGO for 4 tables and they ahve mentioned that we can base on the set menu to choose without any additional surchaege for the room booking.However, they called me to reconfirm the menu and i choose the one with $3988 ( the cheaper one), they said the min. is $5000 per table for menu only and need to add tea chg, services chg and drink chgs.I dont know why they can inform the customer b4 two days of the event and said "WE WILL NOT OFFER YOU THE ROOM ANYWAY"

I dont know why they can inform the customer b4 two days of the event and said "WE WILL NOT OFFER YOU THE ROOM ANYWAY". SO RUDE AND DONT WANT TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM AT ALL. WHY THEY ALWAYS SAID THEY SELL GOOD SERVICES ALTHOUGH THE PRICE IS LITTLE BIT HIGH.
ACTUALLY I CANT SEE ANY SERVICES AT ALL AND HOW THE MANAGEMENT CAN TRAIN UP SUCH STAFFS TO SERVE THE CUSTOMER AT THIS WAY.
I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED AND NEED TO SPEND TIME TO REBOOK ANOTHER RESTAURANT AND INFORM ALL TEAMMATES TO CHANGE THE LOCATION.
sPEND MONEY IS NOT A BIG DEAL , THE CUSTOMER RALLY WANT TO HAVE A GOOD AND WARM SREVICES AND A DECENT MEAL
