今天假期最後一日，兩大一小特登去食下午茶，但比一位外籍女服務員激親，態度極差。按正常睇餐牌然後點餐，佢吞吞吐吐、不耐煩話三個人要點三份約二百多元的下午茶餐，小朋友都照計，即共六百多元，話公司policy,想問清楚啲佢都自己走咗去。想再叫佢問清楚，唔過來，要自己行去cashier找佢，佢先再講每人最少點一個item,咁就叫佢改做單點啦共三個items，佢即刻悔氣撕爛之前張單，仲話咁簡單英文都唔明，而家又得佢一個做野...之後上菜眼超超望住我，兇我講What are you looking at? Do you have any problem?...如果唔係有小朋友係度，我已媽了她！！我們唔係第一次去食，亦都由好遠去，但換來一吐氣。香港地生意難做，好食嘅餐廳週街都係，服務差就一定無下次。老闆投資生意，但比服務員攪破壞，攪衰自己餐廳,可悲。講完Today is he last day of holiday, family three of us went for afternoon tea, but having bad experience of one foreign waitress
Today is he last day of holiday, family three of us went for afternoon tea, but having bad experience of one foreign waitress, very bad attitude. We order as normal, however the waitress rude and impatient said minimum need to order three tea sets, with two hundred something per set, so total will around six hundred, claimed its company policy. Try to ask further, but she was gone and never come back, we went to cashier for further explanation, then she said could be any three items, so we changed to order three items, she immediately tear off the previous order, and keep saying "why simple English cannot understand" "I am the only one waitress working"... When she serve the dish, she look at me and say "What are you looking at? Do you have any problem?" She is lucky that my kid is with me, so I dont get back to her. We went this restaurant before, we are return customer, and from far away, but pissed off. It been difficult to run business in Hong Kong, so many good restaurant, but never go bad service restaurant. Owner invested in business, but ruined by waitress, so sad. Finished
