I just visited the Moonkok K11 branch.I tried to order a cocktail, and the waiter said he couldn’t make it, then impolitely told me to drink beer. There wasn’t any signage, disclaimer, or warning from the host. What kind of service is this?This isn’t event the first time the staff at both the Moonkok have been rude to me or my group.I showed up at the MK branch last year at 3:30, and the staff wouldn’t seat me because they said they weren’t ready yet. What kind of service is this?

This venue is a terribly serviced business; completely unprofessional and outright rude.
If a place lists cocktails on a menu, and says they open at 3, they should be open and ready to serve their menu at 3.
