Average Ramen with Average Taste

Wanted to try this place out due to my love for ramen and also.........due to the openrice rating this place received hahaha. Restaurant itself is fairly poorly spaced so quite cramped and there was quite a queue when I arrive. I ordered the basic ramen with extra pork. The waiters were very quick with my order and it came within 15 minutes. The noodles themselves were spot on, with a bit of texture and firmness that I love. Restaurant itself is fairly poorly spaced so quite cramped and there was quite a queue when I arrive. I ordered the basic ramen with extra pork. The waiters were very quick with my order and it came within 15 minutes. The noodles themselves were spot on, with a bit of texture and firmness that I love. However, the broth, which is what some say the heart of the ramen, was incredibly salty. Don't get me wrong, it was incredibly flavorful and creamy and would have been perfect if diluted a bit, but the salt content was a bit over the top this time, which made me down 5 cups of water during the meal. The pork itself was well cooked, with the perfect balance of fat and meat. Egg was cooked well, with a runny yolk and the egg itself was not too firm, which sometimes you get in ramen places that overcook the egg. All in all, apart from the saltiness of the broth, I give this place a thumbs up due to the service and the food. Will return to try the other types of ramen on offer.
