A generous portion of skewer. The eel is grilled to the right tenderness. The eel skin is crispy while the fish is juicy. The ell fat melts in mouth and everything plays so well together😋 Eel skewer is not commonly found in there Thai shop and @thaigrill excels it!!! 😋
