Without a doubt, Page Common is certainly one of my favourite new coffee spots for a chill Sunday afternoon hang, which is conveniently located right in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui. Taking a minimalistic approach to its design, this chic up-and-coming cafe is reminiscent of quaint urban coffee shops in New York,  and is anything but minimal. Without a doubt, Page Common is certainly one of my favourite new coffee spots for a chill Sunday afternoon hang, which is conveniently located right in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui. Taking a minimalistic approach to its design, this chic up-and-coming cafe is reminiscent of quaint urban coffee shops in New York,  and is anything but minimal. Page Common takes coffee seriously when it comes to providing a unique coffee experience for its connoisseurs, and in fact,  you can actually watch the baristas prepare your order right in front of you at their smooth and dapper MODBAR. Upon arriving, my friend and I ordered the Figs and Parmesan Cheese on Toast, the classic Croque Madame and 2 Almond Ginger Lattes and it was nothing short of amazing. I had the Croque Madame and it was grilled to perfection! I bit into the crunchy outer layer of the bread and then was immediately greeted by its rich, gooey molten-like cheese. The Almond Ginger Latte had a hint of almond while  the ginger taste definitely prevailed, but was not too over-powering. The latte kept puling at my heartstrings with every sip. Very well-done and I am definitely coming back, week after week!
