NYNH is a breakout discovery amongst the pedestrian dining options in North Point. It’s top-notch Southeast Asian fare that’s really economically-priced, and way exceeds what’d you normally expect.We got the coolest table in the restaurant - a stand-alone table for 4 at the corner near the entrance. All other tables are bunched really close together as is norm in small HK eateries, where you can clearly hear neighboring conversations and ppl can cough on your food.We got the massaman beef curry

We got the massaman beef curry w roti, hainan chicken w noodle soup, morning glory w garlic, fried soft shell crab, raw shrimp appetizer, and mango smoothie w ice cream. All dishes were really tasty and authentic. Roti was freshly-made and buttery, hainan chicken they gave us the whole thigh/leg area, when I was expecting just a few pieces of chicken. Each was $58, great value!
The raw shrimp took really long bec it came from the dinner menu (no one orders during lunch), and was defrosting the whole time. End of meal still wasn’t out, tried to cancel, and it just came out. I tried to eat one and it was still frozen😱. At that point it seemed really gross bec it was like chewing on frozen raw shrimp from your freezer (which is what it was). Returned w no issue 🙂
Anyways great value special find. Top notch SE Asian at rock bottom prices. These are the rare jewels of North Point that should be treasured for the eternity of mankind
