Meraviglia! What a special name of this restaurant! ‘Coz I didn’t know what it means, and I didn’t even know how to pronounce it. It was my first time to go to have lunch at Science Park with colleagues. I was attracted by the name--Meraviglia. One of the enthusiastic waiters had told us that Meraviglia means “amazing, wonderful; a feeling of great surprise!” . I think this restaurant had really achieved their aim. I definitely love the environment there. Romantic and far away from crowd.
It was another unforgettable day – Valentine’s Day! Meraviglia was the first restaurant had come into my mind, so I recommended Meraviglia to my husband.
The interior atmosphere was a mix & match of joyous CNY & romantic V-day decorations. One of the handsome waiters genteelly showed and introduced their Valentine’s Day Special to us.
Toscana House Wine – a palatable wine (My husband’s comment ‘coz I didn’t drink. A considerate waiter recommended fruit juice to me, so I chose orange juice)
Marinade Yellow Tail with Fruit Salad – fresh, toothsome & appetizing
Shrimp Bisque -- extremely fragrant of shrimp, the taste stayed in my mouth for a long time
Fresh Spanish Oyster – fresh & left a strong aftertaste (My husband’s comment ‘coz I didn’t eat Oyster)
Homemade Heart Shape Ravioli w/ Ricotta Cheese – tasted brilliantly and felt sweet (when I saw the heart shape Ravioli )
Grill Australia Angus Rib Eye Porcini Sauce – Beef fragrance was rich & juicy! Texture was great!
Roast Fresh Lobster Mozzarella Cheese on top – a mouth-watering aroma, delectable mixture of flavors
Cioccolato D’Amore – delicious! A scrumptious chocolate and artistic dessert, I love it so much!!!
Italian Coffee “Lavazza” – Coffee fragrance was rich & left a strong aftertaste
In conclusion, Meraviglia was a great and relax environment for people who want to enjoy a spare time with friends and lover. This place was far away from crowd, and it was quite ease to get there for drivers . They offered free parking as well. When we went to reception desk of Science Park to request for free parking process, what they surprised me was the receptionist gave us two film tickets, which to be expired in 2016, and a pink rose for free on the sweetest V-day!
