Needed a salad for my diet on a day. Did not have time to prepare on my own. First went to dear coffee and bakery also in Tai Wai wanting to get their takeaway salad. Disappointingly they do not provide takeaway option for salads. It is pretty hard to come up with places that provide fresh salad in Hong Kong especially in the New Territories area. Prawn and Mushroom Salad $58
The prawns are surprisingly quite fresh. Mushrooms are cooked to taste pretty rich. Sesame dressing has nothing special or sincere but it goes well with the salad anyway.
