Haven’t been to Tsuen Wan for a while and my friend who works here took me to The Base Nature for lunch today. They have quite a nice selection for lunch and we went for #2 and #7.I have to say, I was really impressed by the amazing bento with flatfish!The flatfish was perfect grilled to give the fish skin a crispy texture and the meat underneath remained super silky and smooth. I have to say, I was really impressed by the amazing bento with flatfish!
The flatfish was perfect grilled to give the fish skin a crispy texture and the meat underneath remained super silky and smooth. The seaweed on top went very well with the kabayaki sauce and the rice.
I added $10 for the set soup which was a very rich potato soup. I could taste the mashed potato and onions in it. Nice.
The beautifully layered drink I had was the hazelnut latte. A bit sweeter than I imagined but still delicious. Good enough to give me a good mood to go on with the day😊👍🏻👍🏻
