Ordered two lobster egg benedict on Christmas eve since it was so good and have to order another one! Thought it was quite unusual to find lobster egg benedict in Hong Kong so we gave it a try. And totally worth trying at the end because the lobster meat was so big and fresh. The egg was just about right cooked with the flowy egg yolk bursted as you cut open the egg. All these matches perfectly with the hollandais sauce which is not easy to be done well at home. There was also salad with black v
We also had a mushroom spaghetti carbonara with black truffle. The sauce was so rich and creamy mixed with crispy bacon and mushroom and onion bites was amazing. The spaghetti was slightly thinner like the angel hair which is what i like too. The dish was also done in the right portion of not too much or too little.
Another two all day breakfast we had were amazing too. The dish includes hashbrown, bacon, tomatoes, green salad, sausage, egg, break, cheese, baked beans and salmon. This dish was pretty filling therefore suitable for those who are hungry all the time.
Altogether we had five dishes shared amongst 6 of us and each just paid like below 200 each therefore t was one of the best deal i have every had on a Christmas deal. We didn’t order their Christmas set dinner therefore can order separate dishes for a greater price!
