My friend previously tried a tempura restaurant that had uni tempura but she felt it was not worth the price(nearly $120). After the opening of this restaurant, which also has uni tempura, we decided to come and try it as well as other items. Overall, all tempura were great with a thin layer of batter and not being greasy.I really loved this one and my friend also this store's uni tempura is much better and the price is much more attractive.The lobster tempura at the back was also another great

I really loved this one and my friend also this store's uni tempura is much better and the price is much more attractive.

The lobster tempura at the back was also another great dish(this is seasonal and actually the menu said it is only available till 31/1 but it was luckily still available today . The lobster was seasoned perfectly and springy.

The Japanese Egg was definitely impressive, with its crispy layer yet maintaining its runny yolk.

Mentai and the eel were good too but they were outshone by the former.

However, the one dish that I would not recommend is the tenderloin. The tenderloin itself tasted a bit bland. Moreover, the shisho overpowered the tenderloin, making its taste pale further. Maybe they should try a version without the shisho to see how it would taste.
