Braised Grouper Tail 紅燒斑尾 was very good. Crispy, flaky crust with tender flesh. A sauce that is not over-bearing.
Also Fried Chicken Tenders with Lemon西檸雞 was excellent, the lemon sauce was not artificial but tasted refreshing to the palate.
Dried scallops espagnole with Pea Shoots 瑤柱扒豆苗 was standard fare. Tasty but no surprises.
Rice Fish with Scrambled Eggs 白飯魚炒蛋 was really good comfort food. Dense fluffy chunks of eggs with morsels of fish.

Thanks for our pretty organizer for pre-ordering the Duck Imperiale 八寶鴨 . Tender duck meat with lotus sees that crumbles just right. Very flavorful and not a surprise that this is a signature dish.
We had a bottle of Moet Brut, which went quite well with all dishes actually. Another sweeter bottle went better with the more flavorful dishes.
Most importantly, the company at the table made the dishes so much better. This place is made for close friends sharing good conversations.
Service was brisk, without fuss, albeit being a bit crowded.
Price is way below what should be paid for. Excellent value.
