Three-cup is one of the signature Taiwanese sauces made with soy sauce, rice wine and sesame oil. Three cup prawns, cooked with garlic and basil, were fresh and crunchy. A dip of the three-cup sauce was flavorful enough to not overwhelm the sweetness of the prawns.
Ancovy sauce vermicelli was the best dish to finish a meal with, especially after drinking. Guests may customize the amount of spring onions and garlic. Fresh greens with marinated minced garlic. With the thick layer of sesame oil, the mianxian was kept steaming hot for quite some time.
In general, their dishes were strong-flavored and paired well with beer. Next time I would go there during happy hour to enjoy their buy 2 get 1 free Taiwan Gold Medal beer! Seats are limited so it's better to make a booking in advance.
