There’s been shops opened and shut down, so the ones who opened here needs to maintain their quality well.Tsuta is the first Michelin rated ramen joint, it’s stock is a clear broth without any MSG. Their signature ramen is the one with a taste of truffle on top which make it so unique compare to the others. Must try place for ramen lovers.
