It has been a long time since I came to Tin Shui Wai to visit my sister, who used to live around this area. Until recently, I have discovered a secret spot for some good-looking desserts. While offering more than just your standard ice cream and waffle, they are also serving a variety of Hong Kong-style desserts as well as much more such as s’mores with purple sweet potato filling, cheese tarts, oreo milkshake and fruit soda.

We are first served with a new Bailey’s lava cake with fresh fruits and my choice of cookies and cream ice cream. Despite it is not hot enough, the center is still molten with a fairly acceptable consistency.
