The Deep-fried Squid and Crispy Salted Chicken were indulgent, while the Homestyle Pan-fried Oyster Omelette evoked nostalgia. The Crunchy Deep-Fried Pork Lard Stir-fried Kale was a delightful twist, and the Chiu Chow-style Pan-Fried Sweet and Sour Noodles offered a tangy finish

The evening concluded with a refreshing Dessert Fruit Basket and exculsive Zhen Jiu Raisins Ice-Cream made in HK. By adding more Zhe Jiu into the ice-cream, the sweet and mellow flavors translated a deep appreciation for this event, traditionally innovative 😊
