2nd day in Hong Kong during a recent trip and we originally wanted the high end tableside cooked "Iberico bacon and duck eggs" at the Bar & Grill. Our friends ordered a mixed fruit juice which she liked, and I ended up with a Cafe Au Lait which I enjoyed.
The Ricotta Pancake in a skillet was very presentable, and while I did not have a taste of it, my friend enjoyed it quite a bit.
I chose a similarly priced yet one of the cheaper options on the menu, which was an egg florentine/poached egg on English muffin. The poached egg was done very nicely, and I would say I enjoyed the fluffy texture of the egg white more than the yolk!
A simple, pleasant, yet efficient hotel breakfast. Polite effective service as well.
