When it comes to fried chicken, I bet no one does better than the Koreans. Korean fried chicken, crispy, crunchy, seasoned, and it is best to pair with beer. At Chibee Chicken, meaning the “chicken” and “beer” bar, is the second new location at Tsim Sha Tsui. The menu features a list of mouthwatering and tempting fried chicken options and other hot dishes, from sizzling cheese corn to rice cake, Budae Jjigae (army stew) to ramen noodle, as well as Soju, beer and cocktails. Our favourite is a signature at Chibee, Korean fried chicken with a basil pesto fondue. The cheesy pesto is so creamy and well-seasoned that we could not resist dipping in our fried chicken and twister fries repeatedly.

A not-to-be-missed is the moreish Shin noodle mixed fried chicken, boneless with a perfectly crispy noodle coating and juicy on the inside.

Some sides dishes to add on are kimchi rice balls with tuna covered with great amount of nori, as well as the TST-branch special Chibee cheese ball, which is basically minced chicken ball stuffed with mozzarella cheese.
