The minced toro was in perfect texture, soft and silky with a rich tuna flavour. The chopped spring onions on top and the seaweed on side were just complemented the minced toro perfectly.

The sushi set was presented nicely in two ways. 5 kinds of white fleshed fish and a Botan Ebi were placed on the wooden tray, all the nigiri sushi were fresh with great flavour, I was totally fond with each and every piece.

The another plate was placed with 3 kinds of sushi, as always, uni and ikura are my favourite, the briny flavour that bursts in my mouth was truly amazing. The Akagai has a light and sweet flavour, bouncy with a light crunch.
