1. Tintszchashi is a hidden gem in Mong Kok. In my opinion, it stands out among all the blossoming Taiwanese Bubble Milk Tea shops as it has a variety of tea bases and different flavoured pearls for you to choose from. Therefore, you can personalize your bubble milk tea according to your own taste or mood.2. What’s more, it’s only HKD$24 a cup. Compared to many other shops that sell HK$30 to $40+ dollar a cup, this is definitely one more reason to love Tintszchashi.3. I chose Taiwan Tie Guanyi

3. I chose Taiwan Tie Guanyin Tea for tea base and osmanthus flavoured pearls to go with. They name their milk tea as “Thick Milk Tea” as it is made with full cream milk to give your tea an extra texture and scent from the cream.
4. I went for no sugar as usual. Tea flavour is not outstandingly strong, as Tie Guanyin is a premium variety of Chinese oolong tea. Yet, the full cream milk does not mask the tea flavour.
5. I must say Tintszchashi does a superb job in making their pearls, the osmanthus pearls are so delicious!!! I don’t usually finish all the pearls in bubble milk tea as they are quick sweet and filling indeed. But this time I was so happy to finish them all as they are a delightful dessert on its own, more like an improved version of osmanthus jelly cake which I don’t particularly like. So you see how good these pearls are!
