I was strolling around kwan hing outlet mall and found this really hipster looking cafe Ive been to another branch at tst but i think this is nicer has there is more space and I like how the natural light makes this place looks so bright and beautiful.We came here at 1230pm so it’s pretty much brunch for us. I’ve ordered the indonesia laksa noodle and my friend ordered the ramen with dumpling. We also ordered one drink to go with the meals for half price (since it’s a set).Anyway, the first thin

Anyway, the first thing arrive was the mocha, just look at how beautiful the presentation is. It is then followed by the americano. Just look at the dishes they use- The coffee itself, i can tell, is no ordinary coffee- the house blend. Not to bitter and the mocha is also not so sweet and was able to retain the taste of the coffee without flooding the drinks with milk.
Along with your main dish, you also get to choose either a bowl of soup or salad to go with your set. The salad is sprinkled with the right amount of sesame dressing and the vegetable is super fresh. As for the soup, its the kind of mushroom cream soup that tastes the best during winter.

There goes the main dishes, the ramen was made at the spot. Like the menu suggested, the broth was pork soup and was strong enough to taste like the japanese ramen. We also like how crunchy the fried dumplings are. The portion was also good enough with a variety of sides - corn and seaweed.

As for the laksa, tho we had to wait for a little while but it was totally worth it. Unlike the singaporean laksa, the indonesian laksa is thinner in the broth and does not contain much coconut milk. But all the food they have is unexpectedly fresh and yummy. They even have prawn chips to go with the noodles!!
Lastly we also ordered another cup of tea to end our meal PLUSSS is he ice cream sandwich. The red tea and breakfast tea taste rather refreshing at the end of the dinner to help digestion.

But for the ice cream sandwich, i like everything about it: the ice cream (chocolate), the cookie on top and bottom and the mash mellow as the ‘side’. They all look so beautiful when served.
Im very happy to be able to find good food in such a relaxing area in Hong Kong.
