Have a day off in the middle of a week. The car park of this shopping mall in Tsuen Wan did not have a long queue as in weekends or holidays. A lot of eateries have changed since I last came. The sea of bouquet told that it’s a new restaurant. Lizto was the name. The decorations were cozy and the ambience was bright. Seats are well spaced out. The lunch sets should fit different people’s taste. I added extra to get the truffle shrimp brioche toast and artisan pappardelle carbonara. The drink was an iced long black.
The shrimp pate was generous in amount and juicy, with drops of truffle sauce on it. The pasta was chewy and the strips of deep fried pancetta aptly salty.
I did not ask the meaning of the restaurant name but it does not seem Italian.
