✧Pithivier: Intensely umami but the puff is rather thick

✧Brillat-Savarin Passionfruit cheesecake: a signature and delicate pastry that tastes sweet and sour. Sadly I am not a big fan of mousse.
(3) 香檬法式蛋白泡芙︰我最鍾意呢個甜品，好清新
✧Lemon Meringue Chouquette: my favourite one! Very refreshing.

✧Earl grey tastes so delicious with evaporated milk. Jasmine tea is fragrant and fresh.
起初怕份量少唔夠飽，點知食唔落朱古力蛋糕同鬆餅......拎咗俾屋企人食，佢地都話好味😆
✧The delectable bites are enough to satisfy your cravings. My stomach was so full that I could not eat the chocolate cake and scones… My family said they were great!

I booked 3 months in advance to secure a beautiful corner table by the window, overlooking the spectacular harbour view!
🍪想打卡請注意，Salisterra不用經典下午茶三層架，上菜用白瓷碟。
✧Afternoon treats are not served on classic 3-tiered plate stand, but still remain an elegant and instagrammable display.
🍪今次同媽媽食下午茶，大家都好開心滿意，非常值得體驗💕最後餐廳向每枱送咗包granola。
✧A delightful afternoon with my mother. Undoubtedly one of the best afternoon offerings in town! Every table received a pack of granola, as a gift offered by the hotel.
