Been here a total of 5 times over the years. Once for dinner, 4 times with overseas guests for Lunch. I have practically swore off ordering Cooked Dishes here ~ one time I ordered some, my guests were giving me this face of 'what, are you kidding me?' look. I still cop it sometimes from them all the way from overseas. Sigh.. Its strictly Dim Sims only from now on when I visit, but as I've pointed out before with my reviews - THEY NEED TO WORK OUT NOT TO OVER STEAM THEIR DIM SIMS.

My Signature Seafood Dim Sim not only has melted onto the bamboo basket and carrot slice underneath, but some prawn was sticking out the side of the punctured skin! And just to make matters worst, when my portion arrived the bigger prawn on top had separated and slid off to the side! The guy handing this to me when he lifted the lid, saw it and just pretended nothing happened !

Unbelievable, or should I say Unacceptable for the so called only Chinese Michelin 3 Star Restaurant in the world....
