Two people had dinner on Monday night. There were few people and only about 1/3 full house.Baked southern african lobster with superior soup (Discounted to $98). The size, freshness, taste was very reasonable for this price. Two people shared one was adequate. Choi sum with dried scallop and fish maw in superior soup ($58). quite large and many fish maw. the soup was clear. not oily. good
The manager recommended garlic chicken $20 each. we so had ordered one and took most of it for dinner tmw. the sauce is sweet and quite delicious. very good price.
there were also free red bean sweet soup. quite large too. never have free dessert in maxim's.
the service is good because there were only few customers.
