Have been here quite a number of times, trying out the range of ramens from Original pork to tonkotsu, Chicken soup, White Truffle, Prawn, Crab and Kumamoto, etc. At the beginning when this shop 1st opened, I thought the soup was too viscous こってり but missing the depth and layering. The noodles were also too soft.. Anyway the Ramen hardness part did improved for a while.. 麺の腰が非常に弱い. 茹で過ぎ注意!... 今回は残念だった!
