Never a friend of Japanese restaurant chains. Many disappointing experiences - usually mass production of average quality food. Had not been able to try 魚一丁in TST for a long time as there had always been a long queue in front of it. This line brought up my expectation - "must be good as so many people went there..." Finally tried with two of my friends. The result? Another disappointing experience. The food was not bad, but not good neither. Prices were high though - comparable to mid-range Japa

Finally tried with two of my friends. The result? Another disappointing experience. The food was not bad, but not good neither. Prices were high though - comparable to mid-range Japanese restaurants and dishes were small. One suggestion to those who think this place is a good Japanese restaurant: save your money and try a really upscale Japanese restaurant, you will know the differences. The decoration of the restaurant is nice though. However, it is very crowded.
