未禁堂食嘅時候終於試左呢間🥰成日見人地食佢個乳鴿 今次都終於試到🤓叫左白玉王鴿 肥牛叉燒 炒蝦腸粉 金蒜蘿蔔 (避風塘蘿蔔芋頭糕) 食到超飽🙈首先乳鴿炸得好脆 味道都非常好🤤 而肥牛叉燒就係我嘅最愛!!! 佢係一塊塊叉燒形狀嘅牛肉 牛肉質感非常軟滑 肥瘦適中 配埋個汁 簡直一流👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻炒蝦腸粉煎得好香 而腸粉都唔會好痴口 惹味得來唔會漏😜 而金蒜蘿蔔好特別 佢係蘿蔔糕同芋頭糕嘅混合物 食落兩隻糕都得出 炸得好香口 好食 不過有啲漏😂Gave this restaurant a shot when dinner ban wasn’t here yet. We ordered Roast King Pigeons, Barbecued beef, Wok-fried shrimps with rice rolls, and Golden Crispy fried taro and turnip cake. 😋
The pigeons were nicely roasted. The skin was slightly crispy and it was delicious! The barbecued beef was my favorite dish among all. The beef was served in “char siu” (barbecued pork) shape. The texture was rather tender, and the fat distribution of the beef was very nice. I’ll definitely order this again next time!
The Wok-fried shrimps with rice rolls was also a nice one. The rice rolls were not overcooked, so that it didn’t give off a soggy texture! Together with shrimps, the seafood sweetness was brought up and it had taken the dish to another level! 🥰 Last but not least, the Golden crispy fried taro and turnip cake was quite a special one. I’d never eaten anything like this before. It’s basically a mixture of taro cake and turnip cake. Given that they’re mixed together, I could taste both of them clearly without any incongruity at all! It was somehow quite filling because it had a lot of carbohydrates 🤪
