There is quite a lot of people eating there already when we arrived. And especially after 2130, as seemingly they are having some discount after that time. so better go there before that time if you dont want to wait for lng, or simply book a table.The atmosphere there is quite relaxing and you wont smell the strong oily taste inside the restaurant.For each person you can pick the australian wagyu beef or you can add extra money(i forgot is 30 or 50) to upgrade to enjoy the Japanese wagyu beef.T
Comparing the two different wagyu beef. I would say the Japanese one melts better inside the mouth as the spread of fat is more even. But the Australian one is stroner in tastewise and the fiber of it is more obvious. You can chew it for a bit longer time with strong beef taste. So i think it doesnt means which beef is better but depending on which type of texture or taste you want more.
I like the ox tongue the most. the tongue is very tender and the peper sauce of it is a bonus, making the original taste of it more stand out. And have to be remeber that thet have to be well controlled, otherwise, they would become chewy easily.
