There is quite a lot of people eating there already when we arrived. And especially after 2130, as seemingly they are having some discount after that time. so better go there before that time if you dont want to wait for lng, or simply book a table.The atmosphere there is quite relaxing and you wont smell the strong oily taste inside the restaurant.For each person you can pick the australian wagyu beef or you can add extra money(i forgot is 30 or 50) to upgrade to enjoy the Japanese wagyu beef.T

This one is the Japanese wagyu beef and you can see the spread of fat is nicely over the whole beef, just like the snow.
And this one is the australian one, you can see the reddness and the spread of fat is slightly different from that of japanese.
Simply let the beef stay for around 20 to 30 secondsfor each side,depending on how well you want. But i prefer medium for tasting the original taste of it with better texture.Comparing the two different wagyu beef. I would say the Japanese one melts better inside the mouth as the spread of fat is more even. But the Australian one is stroner in tastewise and the fiber of it is more obvious. You can chew it for a bit longer time with strong beef taste. So i think it doesnt means which beef is better but depending on which type of texture or taste you want more.
After having such hot food, time to ohave some cold udon. The size of the udon wont be too large and the udon is nicely cooked. saoking in the cold sauce make it more tender in chewy in better manner.
Wagyu beef fried rice, to be honest, i cannot really taste where is the beef, probably after i just had such a nice slice of beef lol. But the rice is good, it is dry and wwont be too oily.
pork dumplings. We have created another way of eating, that it put them to grilled for a short period of time first, so that the outermost layer would become more crispy and hotter.
Pumpkin tempura is not that outstanding as the natural sweetness and the taste of pumpkin is too mild, but the tempura paste is satisfactory as they wont be too oily while they can meet the aim of being crispy.
tomato is really nicely prepared. The tomato is very fresh, wont be too sour but the natural sweetness and juiciness of it surprise me.
you can also have unlimited flow of drinks, and if you want to have some alcoholic drinks, you have to add some money, but the grape and green apple alcoholic soda is really nice. the flavour would not be too artificial and it wont be too sweet. at the meantime, the alcohol sense wont be too strong as well. just perfect to balance off the hotness of bbq
You can also have freeflow of meat. each portion have 2 slices of meat, and you can order it by the menu sheet.I like the ox tongue the most. the tongue is very tender and the peper sauce of it is a bonus, making the original taste of it more stand out. And have to be remeber that thet have to be well controlled, otherwise, they would become chewy easily.
there a waide variety of meat with and withour sauce for you to pick,
hot food: deep fried salad potato and it is really nice.
the fat-thin ratio of the pork is quite nice and they can easily melt in the mouth.
the clam soup which is quite mild but help to wash off the heaviness and oil on the tongue and get us ready for another round
the cucumber is superb as it is really refreshing. the sauce of it is slightly sour and the cucmber is very juicy and fresh. the grapefruit drink is slightly sour and bitter but it can helo to digest! but the alcoholic one does not have this proble,
another round of food!
I like the tofu icecream so much, so pure and it sooth my soul after eating so much hot food! the other one has caramel on top so it is a bit too sweet for me
