呢隻咖啡嘅做法係先落熱水再加Espresso，所以咖啡味偏，同埋個人覺得酸味會重左少少🤏🏼 雖然係咁，咖啡質感依然醇厚，口感順滑🥰
The unique steps in making this type of coffee resulted in a more subtle espresso flavour with increased notes of acidity, which personally I didn’t enjoy as much. Aside from this, the texture of the coffee was smoother and creamier due to the fine grind and uninterrupted cremia.
