Round1️⃣:
The quality of the abalone and fish tripe is not the best, but they are perfectly stewed so fish tripe is smooth and colloid. The Steamed Razor Clam with Garlic over Bean Vermicelli is up to standard.
Round2️⃣:
The chicken clay pot is cooked in front of me. The chickens are seasoned well with a mild spiciness. Its taste is not so heavy so I was not thirsty. The meat texture is firm and tender.
Round3️⃣:
The types of sashimi offered may vary. The sashimi is cold enough. The shrimp is large and colloid. The scallops have umami and they are tender. The salmon looks fresh and it is thickly sliced, but its taste is too light.
Round4️⃣: There are various hotpot ingredients. The chuck and neck is greasy with a strong beef flavour. The minced shrimp and squid is colloid and bouncy. The chives and minced meat dumplings and the shrimp wontons are delicious. The lobster salad balls are my favourites! However, the meat texture seafood is not fair. It is worth mentioning that the milk and pork bone broth is creamy and tasty!

The dessert is brown sugar iced powder
