起初入到去, 真有點愕咗然.. 點解每位穿住靚靚新制服啲哥哥仔, 個個都咁好招呼的? 慢慢睇完餐牌再叫嘢食時, 也有人充滿禮貌同笑容地走過來 Serve 我. 真係搆到我有點感動, 有點身不在然呀...! 炒蛋多士 -
This is basically the same as what you get at Australian Dairy in Jordan, and its cheaper than making the same thing at home if you think about it!
I think the toasted bread quality here is better than there easily, as it spends more time in the toaster so it won't come out too soft, they also spread a little more butter on top. The Fried Scrambled Eggs are good enough, a fair bit of buttery and egginess taste, perhaps a bit too much as its filling! They advertise using Hokkaido 3.6 Milk here, even though the original shop has also adopted that already.

食到這時, 因發覺唔太夠食於是乎再叫多份牛肉庵列先....!
Re-Order 時服務也一樣保持咁好笑容, 無話嫌我煩啊賴死唔走, 十個囋 !
講番起剛才個眼超超女人, 在我要等庵列時我又唔小心望到佢後佢又啤反我.... 睇真啲? , 點解, 乜佢唔咪就係'徐'...... , 點解有個貌似陳奕迅... 應該話直頭就係 Eason 坐咗係我對面低頭食緊蛋嘅?
所以, 有時不可以太快就誣陷她又怪人地永遠要抱持住強硬態度的, 以為她有惡意的, 因每個人的 experience 同敏感度係不一樣. 是有它的理由的啩!


牛肉庵列 -
Wanted to order Beef Omelette because they advertise using 清真牛肉 here, even if it doesn't affect me religiously I thought at least they would have taken an effort to hand select their beef! In the end, my omelette arrived with canned Salted Corned Beef lol! Well I hope its Halad'ed!
Omelette is ok-good, not as thin as some shops, also had some egginess taste. Its of the dry well-cooked in a pan type with some crunchy edges and wok-chi, so don't expect runny yolks inside then shout expletives just because its cooked too much. That's why the above scrambled eggs is on the menu !

港式奶茶 -
I'm not sure if this uses Hokkaido Milk or normal Evaporated Cream, it tasted it had a bit of both, as it carried a fair bit of milk aroma, also that of tea. But 華星冰室 is now reminding me a bit of 北海道牧場餐廳 by now !
The tea is ok-good in my opinion if you don't have much expectations, its certainly better than a lot of places but a little more milk biased, but the 茶膽 underneath seems very good too. Can also ask for less milk to try next time?

Well Guess What - it was a happy encounter.
Everything experienced here is WHAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN at the old Jordan shop in the first place, thanks to Andy Lau and proprietors who bother to improve and cater for what customers really want, without necessarily changing or damaging the basic underlying model. An evolutionary step for the better of everyone. It also means I'll continue to skip their pastas haha!
But this is closer to my home, plus the lack of that signature brusquely service without the rushing bit does prove alienating at first - but ultimately, very welcome!
這位叔叔其實係機械人做不停! (看到側邊嘅哥哥的笑容嗎?)
