今日一大棚人去咗朋友介紹嘅金樂軒,朋友話佢食過好多次,覺得舖頭嘅人好好招呼、好親切!另外,食物都真材實料, 大部分都係依靠唔同嘅配料去調味,唔會刻意落味精,總之就食完都唔會頸渴!我哋食咗好多嘢,我最鍾意係蔥爆牛頸脊。我好鍾意食蔥,碟肉有勁多蔥! 跟住牛肉又好好味,食得出佢唔係普通嗰啲平價牛肉, 唔係拿到林嘅牛肉個蠔餅好多料好好食,鍾意食韭菜呀蔥呀嗰啲嘅朋友就一定要試下啦。聽老闆講呢個係廈門嘅特色。我地 亦都叫咗 椒鹽魷魚,佢個皮唔會好厚粉,而家食得出佢唔係太油,值得一試!我地見人多就叫左酸菜龍躉煲, 勁多龍躉,鍾意食魚嘅我勁開心, 煲入面啲酸菜呀配菜都好好食!我哋仲叫咗蟹柳豬皮魚蛋貢丸做配料放落個煲度。豬皮最出色, 佢完全冇腥味,好彈口,唔會好似有時車仔麵嗰啲豬皮咁有腥味。佢自家製嘅手打魚蛋亦都十分之彈牙!打邊爐就多數都會叫啲飲品㗎啦,我哋叫咗竹蔗茅根。佢嘅竹蔗茅根好足料,你飲得出佢唔係落咗好多糖,飲品嘅味道完全係嚟自唔同材料,例如竹蔗、蘿蔔等等 ,好解渴,好好飲!
