Mak Mak 是一間泰菜館,開業於名店臨立的置地廣場。餐廳的正門相當隱秘,以暗門隱藏蹤影。店內裝潢泰風味不重,偏向新派西式。 Young thai coconut 是細周生至愛的飲品之一,口味清甜對辦。 Yum ma muong (Green mango salad, shallot, roast peanut and fish sauce caramelised with palm sugar) 是一道頗刺激辛辣的沙律,先吃到是洋蔥的香甜,繼而是花生脆蝦的脆口,最後是辛辣感的爆發。因沙律辣味重,青芒的出味不太明顯。Gai hor bai toey (Marinated chicken wrapped in pandan leaf, deep-fried and served with Thai sweet chili sauce) 即是香葉包雞,炸雞經炸煮後仍保一定軟嫩感,調味不俗。Thod man poo (Thai crab and prawn cakes, green mango salad, yoghurt, sweet chili sauce) 即炸蟹餅,出品外層香脆,
