1️⃣ New Zealand Bean Curd Sea Bass with Florence soup and sea urchin foam $248
Chose this dish cuz I was interested in tasting the sea urchin foam haha turns out the taste is pretty light (so it’s good for people who don’t like heavy flavours)👅It took quite some time for it to bake (they bake it only when you order it to keep it at the best quality) The sea bass was perfectly cooked to tender succulent flaky perfection. Bean curd was silky for the parts that were in the soup, and the top was slightly crunchy so I really enjoyed that little twist 🥰Alongside was a nourishing Florence soup. 🥣Would say this dish showcased the chef's brilliance in marrying top-notch ingredients with culinary artistry. 🧑🏻🍳

This unique cocktail captured the refreshing tanginess of New Zealand kiwis with every sip. 🧚🏻♀️Smooth and refreshing, the kiwi and lemon juices were the dominant flavors but perfectly balanced by the dry gin. The syrup bound it all together in a harmonious blend while still allowing the core fruits to shine. A crowd-pleaser for sure and highly suitable for the summer months ahead. 🏝️Flavorful without being overpowering, this is surely a star on Vie Won Won's drinks list. Saw a lot of customers ordering it too!🥝
