If you can see the review, your staff is really rude and it's necessary for you to hire some more polite ones. It really kills customers' mood to visit again if the staff are rude and cold!
Your male waiter with glasses emotionally broke down and spoke foul language loudly in the shop! That's really unacceptable and make the dining experience very very bad! Despite your food is ok, your staff attitude is more than terrible !
None of your waiters/waitresses were eager to help the customers! I have been to some Hong Kong 茶餐廳 and there were some polite and motivated staff so it's not an excuse that we 香港人need to bear with shitty service in 茶餐廳!!!
