話名係招牌，梗係要試下啦😎 我揀左少辣，湯底味道鹹鮮酸辣，非常惹味🌶️ 魚片有10塊左右，質感軟嫩滑溜，唔會有暗刺🐟 麵底叫左淮山麵，食落比平時嘅米粉更爽口彈牙，而且仲健康啲添🍜
I chose little spice for the soup base and it was at the perfect balance between spicy and sour. The fish slices were very delicate and smooth. You also get to decide on the type of carbs, and I got the yam noodles which were bouncy and firm.

Pickled Pepper Soup with Pigs Intestines and Shredded Chicken
加左鹹菜嘅胡椒湯真係第一次聽，佢為辛口暖胃嘅白胡椒湯添加鹹香味，令味道更豐富🍲 豬肚肥瘦適中，口感脆嫩🐷 手撕雞嘅份量亦唔少，無骨啖啖肉，肉質鮮美多汁🤤 配料有大量嘅鹹菜同豆卜，全部都索曬湯底嘅精華😋
The soup base was very peppery and warms the stomach, with hints of savouriness from the pickles. The pig intestines had the right fat ratio, and the pile hand shredded chicken was very tender. There were also a handful of fried tofu which absorbed all the essence from the soup.

This drink is the best to cool you down in the summer heat. The sweet and sour flavour helps to alleviate the oiliness from the dishes, and it’s very appetising and refreshing.
