Less than half year since my last visit, they have already rolled out a lot of new products! ( ˶ˆ꒳ˆ˵ ) Although naming themselves as 𝘚𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘥𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩, they certainly do a great job in pastries too!! Filled with refreshing apple jam, the 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐓𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫 was really light and crispy, flaking once you give a bite! My personal favorite is the 𝐊𝐨𝐮𝐢𝐠𝐧 𝐀𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐧 (a traditional pastry from Western France, which is rarely seen in Hong Kong) – made up of a laminated dough burnished with caramel layer on both sides, it tasted like a denser and moist croissant but with a stronger buttery taste. Certianly sth a breadaholic will fall in love with!

二訪𝘚𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘥𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩! 距離上次到訪不到大半年, 想不到已經推出了不少新產品( ˶ˆ꒳ˆ˵ ) 雖然店名叫𝘚𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘥𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩但這家的酥皮真的做得很出色, 喜歡吃甜的一定要試一下他們的𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐓𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫 – 外層酥脆輕盈, 一咬去馬上散開, 牛油香味十分濃郁, 配上清甜不膩的蘋果醬內餡, 味道很不錯! 個人最愛是𝐊𝐨𝐮𝐢𝐠𝐧 𝐀𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐧(在香港很少地方找得到, 是法國西部的一種傳統pastry), 口感有點像偏濕潤的牛角酥, 兩面按壓煎香塗上糖漿/蜜糖, 比一般的牛油面包更扎實, 但香氣及甜味都更顯著( ´▽`) 很多人把這裏的𝐌𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐞 𝐅𝐞𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐞 𝐓𝐚𝐫𝐭 跟bakehouse做比較, 這個的酥皮更多層次, 還加了點可可粉, 兩者性質及味道都各有千秋, 值得一試!!
