Members Only Meal - Sounds like a bargain. It is actually quite good in portions, but the quality or freshness or meat cuts weren't that great compared to before..Deep Sea Cocktail - Made with Shochu, Liqueur, Lime Juice and Soda. A bit too weak ~ 5/10.Cucumber with Tobiko and Caviar -Named totally wrong as two types of Crab Roes, when it comes with two fish roes instead. Taste was refreshing, but I couldn't stand the Wrong Terminology involved. ~ 6/10.Black Truffle Smoked Salmon

Black Truffle Smoked Salmon Salad -
Decently prepared and plenty of fakish truffle paste added. Did I tell u I like fake truffle taste, as least it has some aroma unlike 8 out of 10 times. I eat real black winter truffles, outside of Europe. Totally welcomed. ~ 7/10

Main Course Platter-
Pork, Chicken, Saga A4 Wagyu Beef Ribeye and normal Karubi, Hamaguri Clams, 2 Prawns, Shiitake Mushrooms, Japanese Oysters. The so called Wagyu A4 cuts definitely weren't Japanaese in quality, they were hardly marbled unlike normal Saga beef. The Rib Eye described were bruised and dull in colour and aren't up to the normal Wagyu standards. This restaurant should really get their acts together and not falsely advertise their inferior products. Not every customer is dumb out there, sigh...

Tough Beef Cuts. Looked marbled enough but wasn't so in the taste. Disappointed as it used to be better and not lying about the quality..

Hamaguri Clams. I like these but 3 didn't bother to pop open, after cooking for 25 minutes. The restaurant was happy to swap to us some new clams, which eventually opened up. Kudos to them

Nama Spring Rolls with Prawns -
Wasn't that much prawns inside. Refreshing but not as much as it promised on paper. Decent only.. ~ 6/10

Rice Porridge with Raw Seafood Slices -
This was too Bonito fish dominant in taste, a little fishy in balance. Adding in the seaweed, probably a even more fishy. Didn'tt really pair well with Yakiniku anyway, right?. ~ 5/10

Saga Wagyu - $98
We were so disappointed with the so called Wagyu or normal beef briskets above, we decided we had to order this separate Wagyu as a separate course. Limited to only 1 dish per table as it is on special price. This was much much better. In terms of both texture and fattiness as well as meat taste and marbling. A LA CARTE IS SEEMINGLY THE WAY TO GO HERE, skip the set courses! ~ 8/10

Milk Purin -
Very strong in milk taste, butslightly set too hard. This was very enjoyable despite the less than optimal texture, which is made up for in the taste department. ~ 8/10 Encore.
