I got a pint of Maisel’s Weisse Draught out of a handful of Draught beer options. We also got a Pork Knuckle to share. 🤓 The pork knuckle was flavorful, and well-roasted as the skin was very crispy. The texture of the meat wasn’t tough - this is the top thing I hate when eating pork knuckle! I wouldn’t want to chew off my teeth! 😆 Together with the beer, all the previous hard work paid off eventually 🥰
