My friend passed by this place and got attracted by the dessert menu. Therefore, we decided to stop by for dessert after having dinner. We ordered 2 desserts (~$80 each) to split for 4 people. Then we were told that they have a minimum charge for $130 per person during dinner hours. I have no comment about the food since I didn't even try anything. I was really surprised by the attitude and service. When the restaurant had at least a few open tables around 8:30pm (no sign of customers waiting/co
