肥牛：脂肪均勻~
雞腸：第一次食~平時食鵝腸多d(因為爽口)~ 呢個唔爽口但好香口，略嫌肥d(脂肪)
自製腐皮卷: 腐皮卷好脆~
墨魚丸: 好有sabu sabu feel, 有d粒粒好有口感~好味~
白柏葉: 新鮮~唔韌~
唐生菜: 新鮮~

Been there last week with friend after checking all the good reports and comment.No photo taken as you may get them from other posts.Food : Fresh and OK, Beef nice. The overall food quality is OK 
Cost : From my own option, I think it is a bit too expensive 
. With such price tag , many hot pot in the urban districts provide the same quality of food. So why going all the way to Sham Tsang? Friendly advise, provide more promotion and discount to attract more customers. People visited : 4Cost : $300 each people
