We haven’t been to many soufflé pancake places in HK, but we’ve tried to make our own and on that, we know how hard it is to make a perfect one. Hoi Hoi Pancake is a restaurant that specialize in Japanese soufflé pancake, with both savory and sweet choices. We ordered Pancake Hamburger with cheese and their seasonal flavor — Oreo Soufflé Pancake. We did not expect that the hamburger steak and fries were actually quite decent (well it IS a dessert place technically speaking), so it was a nice surprise. Also, whoever invented this Oreo pancake is just genius. 100% for both the visual effect and taste! At first, it looked like a cute planting pot with soil and a small plant. The magic happens when we removed the plastic cover, and at the same time, the cream wrapped around the pancake (GO WATCH THE VIDEO). The ‘soil’ just flowed and wrapped around the pancake, just like lava. Beautiful. And nope, it wasn’t too sweet at all.

雖然我們姐妹沒有吃過太多梳乎厘pancake，但曾幾何時試過自己製作，能製作出完美的梳乎厘pancake真的不容易啊。Hoi Hoi Pancake是一家專門做日式梳乎厘pancake的餐廳，鹹的甜的選擇都有。我們點了一個pancake芝士漢堡和她們季節限定的口味 — Oreo梳乎厘pancake。完全沒有想像到她們家的漢堡趴和薯條那麼不錯（始終是‘甜品店’嘛哈），所以真的挺驚喜的說實話。也不知道是哪個天才研發了這道Oreo梳乎厘pancake，視覺效果和味道100分滿分！上桌的時候，外型像個可愛的盆栽，裡面有泥土和小苗。重 點 是，當我們拔起那個‘盆栽’的外圍，上面的那些’泥土’頓時熔岩似的流了下來，蓋著下面的pancake。太美了。這跟吃oreo餅乾不一樣，不會太甜喔。
