番茄師兄主打番茄湯底配各式麵食,平時食開深水埗嗰間,原來灣仔都開咗!今次照舊嗌返「麻香瑞士汁雞中翼麵」,不過就加配炒滑蛋~


🍜 麻香瑞士汁雞中翼麵($54)
雞中翼以瑞士汁做調味base,再加上佢哋嘅「麻の一滴」,嗰陣麻香食落好上癮。不過,對比起之前喺深水埗食開嗰陣香,呢度似乎落得輕手咗,個麻味唔係好出🤔 好彩每張枱都有一樽,可以畀你任落😂😂 但個人建議落幾滴就夠,落太多會搶晒蕃茄湯味!

另外,個人覺得要掛湯,最正就係揀拉麵😝 雖然我係烏冬派,但嚟呢度都一定會嗌日式拉麵😍

至於炒滑蛋口感滑溜,同湯底好夾,建議連湯食~

整體評價
番茄師兄雖然以番茄湯見稱,但佢呢個「麻の一滴」都同樣吸引!每枱都有一樽,就算唔係嗌麻香雞中翼,都一樣試到㗎,食得辣嘅朋友記得要加😋 價錢上都算合理,不過lunch hour都幾多人,唔怕排隊都可以考慮嚟試吓~
