The salted pig has three branches in hk, and we today, a group of 10, visited the one @ Lai Chi Kok. As we have reserved the table in advance, we were quickly arranged to be seated in a long table. We ordered quiet a lot of food today as it was birthday celebration. 1. Mussels in white wine sauce - the taste is ok, but the sauce is not rich enough. 1. Mussels in white wine sauce
- the taste is ok, but the sauce is not rich enough. The sauce is the best to serve with bread, however the bread was placed in the pot with the mussels, which made it soft and tendered.

2. Mushroom toast with baked Camembert
- the baked Camembert was soft inside and creamy. Perfect match to be served with the toast.

3. Tacos
- a big dish though, good to be served with beer. But need to eat it when hot.

4. Pork knuckle
- the skin was crispy, and really a big portion, good for sharing.

5. Pig platter
- although it stated it is for 2, it was big enough to share among 4. The platter has tenderloin, rack and belly. I didn't try the tenderloin and rack, but only the belly. The skin was crispy and it is definitely a good choice for a meat lover.
