However, the cafe is much smaller than expected... it is a little bit cramped tbh and big room of improvement for their ventilation as well芸芸新cafe當中終於有一間提供西餐以外選擇絕對無𝐴𝑛𝑜𝑡ℎ𝑒𝑟 𝑜𝑛𝑒賣法越菜cafe會有咁instagrammable嘅裝修雖然design簡約得黎不失特色 不過店內空間有點逼夾 廚房抽風亦不足 坐近吧枱的話都幾大油煙

The pho is soo smooth yet not oily
Texture of beef is on point ♡´･ᴗ･`♡
However, the soup is just so-so.
河粉非常滑而且不油膩
條條分明而且無斷開一忽忽
牛肉完全唔韌
不過湯底就無乜驚喜
欣賞芽菜青檸等配菜分開上
真係有令我諗起越南嘅pho店

Banh mi is not commonly found in the Vietnamese restaurant in HK, so good that there is one here as 🦦 loves it a lot lol
And it is a good one, everything is balanced but thinking the texture of baguette is not as crispy as the one I had in Vietnam.
香茅雞扒惹味非常 炸得唔乾亦無太油膩
醃得夠入味 亦有唔同配菜增加層次
唯獨個法包就唔夠original 同我係越南食到脆而不硬嘅口感尚有段距離

Nicely plate and taste good but a bit far from what I usually have, maybe becos the taste of butter is not strong enough
雞翼呢啲comfort food都好難難食😂
蒜香夠重 不過同我一般係越南餐廳食嘅牛油雞翼個樣有點出入
可能炸粉有點不同 牛油味亦可以再出啲

如果想試下越式特色咖啡可以點𝙼𝚘𝚛𝚗𝚒𝚗𝚐 𝚅𝚒𝚎𝚝呢
💬 真係食cafe food食到有啲厭 難得有間cafe會打破呢個傳統 值得一試
星期六1pm去到竟然毋須等位 實在意外
整體食物質素中上 整個vibe都不錯
敗筆位係座位太密枱太細 坐得唔太舒服
Waitress一直係窄長走廊出出入入 難免會有碰撞
變相浪費裝修嘅心思同營造出黎嘅氛圍
不過土地問題都明嘅(;´༎ຶٹ༎ຶ`)
