細碗到嚇死人的雲吞麵

今天和國內朋友在銅鑼灣血拼
3點鐘他們強烈要求去大名頂頂的麥奀吃麵

其實麥奀附近都有很多便宜又好吃的選擇
但是少數服從多數 ~~ 只有去麥奀吃麵

3點鐘其實已過了午飯時間
但是我們一行 4 人到了店仍要在門口等了8分鐘才有位

我們被帶到一卡位坐下
3 男 1 女坐到一卡位 感覺很擠

這次 我們4人一共點了 :

雲吞麵 X 3 $28@
好細碗 , 一碗係其他食店的一半 . 麵的份量少 雲吞好細粒
湯底好腥 , 味道好怪

牛根麵 X 2 $30@
湯底無雲吞麵咁怪
好細碗 , 牛根份量少及硬

鮮牛粥 x 2 $30@
粥底幾綿 , 但是都是偏細碗

子薑皮蛋 x 4 $14@
算是整餐中最好吃的東西了 , 所以 encore 再 encore. 叫了4份

一個下午茶我們合共消費了 $260
點了那麼多食物因為同行的朋友實在吃不飽


這店的食物的味道沒有什麼了不起
環境及服務都不好
價錢又偏貴

不明白這店為何能代表香港 !!!

People always complain the portion of 雲吞麵 is small, but it is due to their ignorance....This is the traditional size and the restaurant has been preserving this tradition with pride.Traditional 雲吞麵 is never intended to be a formal meal, it is intended to be something like snacks.I agree their food is expensive, but it's personal preference, i think it worths

Agreed. This is supposed to be a traditional midnight snack before people went to bed some decades ago. It was never meant to be in large portions because the soup will soften up the noodle strands and make them less crispy.
